Training and Hiring Programs in IT Outsourcing

GGateway has developed two Training and Hiring Programs to fit the skill levels of its beneficiaries.

Long-term Training and Hiring Program

Prerequisites: IT Major Graduates

Training Phase

(7-12 months)

Long-term Employment Program

In GGateway business operations, private sector companies, or remote employers

Short-term Training and Hiring Program

Prerequisites: None - open to all graduates

Training Phase

(5-7 months)

Short-term Employment

Placement in many disciplines, including translation, digital marketing, virtual assistants, graphic design, virtual accounting, and content management

Beneficiaries

All beneficiaries of the program are unemployed youth with IT majors

Process

7-12 months training and placement in short-term contracts

Outputs

Long-term employment in GGateway business operations, private sector companies, or remote employers

Outcomes

Expected monthly income growth for talent who go through our outsourcing program

In the first two years following the program, monthly income is expected to be 700 – 1,000USD, with a career development path in the global outsourcing industry

With three years’ experience, expected monthly income jumps to 1,000 – 1,500USD

With four years’ experience, expected monthly income is 1,500 – 1,800USD

With five or more years’ experience, expected income is 2,000USD+

Short-term Training and Hiring Program

Beneficiaries

All beneficiaries of the program are unemployed youth with non-tech or IT majors

Process

5-7 months training and placement in short-term contracts

Outputs

Remote short-term employment through freelancing platforms

Areas of Expertise

Translation, digital marketing, virtual assistants, graphic design, virtual accounting, and content management

Outcomes

Expected monthly income growth for talent who go through our Remote Digital Program

Minimum monthly starting income is 200-300USD (based on the results of our Short-term Program)

Based on an individual’s growth rate during the first year, income growth is expected to be 20% annually in non-IT majors.
